Portainer on FW Purple - Port config? - onwards to Omada Docker install

I am wanting to install portainer prior to installing Omada Controller Software in preparation upgrading to a TP-Link EAP670 AP Mesh. I was able to successfully install portainer on the Purple's docker container. It is now listed when i do a "sudo docker ps". But i am unable connect to it via the <gateway/purple IP:9000>. It just times out. Any thoughts on why this might be? I made sure to type http:// in case it was a ssl issue. Using Brave browser. Have turned of shields for firewalla purple ip address.

I was assuming that it was a port 9000 routing/forwarding issue. But i cannot find anything in the phone app. I went to the rules section of the Firewalla web admin interface. If this is the case how do i allow portainer to work via port 9000? (Locally only of course.)

Note: assume i have no idea about linux or docker commands as all i know is what questioning AI for tutorials has told me.
