Do you mean the DHCP hosts not having IP address? or you can't ping them? what do you mean by "unreachable" (is this tested on LAN or WAN?)

It is like the purple does not have enough resources to handout all of the hosts that need IP's via DHCP.  I put the 60D back on as an experiment and all my devices are getting IP's.  I put the purple back on the network and I have devices that are offline.  My laptop I had running a continuous ping to my carriers gateway was loosing random packets where my modem before the firewall was 100%.  Can the purple not handle about 200 DHCP clients?

We've seen the purple handle much more than 200 clients. DHCP is not a CPU intensive task

Also, is the issue that your clients NOT getting an IP? if they already have an IP and you see ping drop, then issue is not related to DHCP, it is related to something else.

The problem can be as simple as a bad cable, or as complex as a STP issue. Here is an article that has the steps to help you diagnose the issue https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/360053534593-How-do-I-debug-network-connectivity-issues

That does not explain why once I revert back to the Fortigate, all DHCP issues clear.
