Local Hostname Naming Convention

I thought this was configurable but can't find it.  Is there a way to change the local hostname naming convention from using "." to replace other symbols/spaces?

I'd rather it just remove the symbols/spaces, so "Jon's Mobile Phone" becomes "jonsmobilephone" instead of "jon.s.mobile.phone"

  That naming is automatically done by the client side, firewalla does not change it. And when firewalla convert it to local space, it will replace " " with ".". If you want to use something else, you can configure it under "devices" (per device)

  Yeah, that was what I was hoping to avoid is renaming every individual client.
