Lost the Red Dongle to the Firewalla Gold, how can I get ahold of another one ?

  It is really expensive to replace a dongle. (not the physical hardware cost, but the human labor behind it) I'd suggest you try to find it first.

  If you can't, send help@firewalla.com an email and make sure you include your order number, and a photo of your QR code, they may ask a few other things to rebuild your dongle.
