Inter-VLAN routing

I currently have an Aruba 1830 switch, an Aruba AP22, and a firewalla purple as my router/firewall. I have 2 Vlans.

 

Vlan 30 -Main Network 192.168.138.x
Vlan 40 -Others 192.168.148.x

Firewalla - 192.168.138.x

Switch 192.168.138.x

AP 192.168.138.x

Printer - Wired 192.168.138.x

Printer - Wireless 192.168.138.x

Computers 192.168.148.x

 

Purple-->Switch-->AP = 192.168.138.x network

 

Printer Wired 192.168.138.x

Printer Wireless 192.168.138.x

 

This is the same printer, just when it is wired vs wireless, but not at the same time.

 

VLAN 148= Wireless Clients

Vlan 138= printer

 

When the printer is wired to the Vlan138 anyone can print to the printer on either vlan
When the printer is wireless on Vlan138 no one except wireless devices on the 138Vlan can print to the printer. Anyone on the 148Vlan can not print to the printer

  Does your AP have some type of isolation? If wired can spring and wireless can not print, the issue is very likely a configuration on your AP that's preventing the network traffic.

  I'll have to check that when I get home. I ran a few tests last night and found that wireless users in vlan148 can get to the web interface of the NAS in vlan138
