Setup fails with Home Hub 4000, Bell Canada

So the setup just fails, and I've lost a lot of time trying to troubleshoot. I don't grok what's so difficult for the Firewalla device: you have an IP address, a gateway, a network mask, and DNS servers, and IT IS ALL CORRECT. Yet nothing works.

Is there some document that explains _what_ the Firewalla device is trying to achieve? I do write network security software professionally... I can read and understand.

  Which firewalla are you using? what mode it is? if you are just setting it up, did you reboot your modem? (and also confirm if your ISP is not locking your MAC address?)
