iphone 15 pro wifi problem

I am not sure if this is firewalla. My Iphone 15 pro refuses to join my wifi the private ip off after I turned off ipv6 on firewalla.
if I leave private IP on I join np. if turn on ipv6 I join with private IP or not.

thoughts?

  I turned off ipv6 on the Firewalla.
  I then noticed my Iphone dropped wifi.
  I worked with Apple and we determined my iphone will join wifi if private IP is enabled. 
  This may not be a Firewalla problem but I am asking if anyone has thoughts about it?

  The "joining" wifi part, firewalla is not part of; this is layer 2 (link layer), which wifi will negotiate before even asking for an IP from firewalla (and before fully connected to your LAN)

  What is the device providing wifi on your network? you should check that
