Internet Unavailable (10)
Recently purchased the Firewalla Purple, I understand it is a nightmare to get installed unless you are fully conversant with being an IT Tech.
I can't get the box to connect to the internet even though the internet is fine, repeatedly getting an error message Internet Unavailable (10). Yes, restarted the Firewalla, re-started the internet re-attached the wires.
This is the first step in the install hope the next few thousand steps go better!!
