I am a new Gold se user. I was going through the different screens setting up my network and found this under my "active protect" rules - "Default Bundle" and "dynm.mktgcdn.com".  I think I understand what Default Bundle is but have no idea what dynm.mktgcdn.com is. Is this a link placed by Firewalla? I did not place it.
