What settings to block an old version of Quickbooks from connecting to the internet?

I have an older version of Quickbooks that I'd rather not give up.  How can I set my firewalla gold settings to block it from connecting to the internet to receive updates, etc?

Do you think this is a legitimate way of making an older version (2014) version safe to use?

  You can try to connect it to internet, then listen (watch) the network flows. (tap on devices -> device running quick book -> network flows. Then block them individually.

  Or searching quickbook forums may help too
