after wireguard connects, if you ping the IP addresses of devices on your LAN, does it work? if you use the IP address, are you able to access the services?

I can ping both the hubitat and the Channels DVR from my phone when its on the VPN.

I can access the DVR server when I put the ip address for it into my browser but not via the channels DVR app. I assume it might be configuration with the client app for the channels DVR I'll take this problem up with them.

For Hubitat I can not access it when I enter it's IP address in my browser.

I've managed to fix the problem with the DVR server app. I changed the MTU from 1412 to automatic and everything works for accessing the DVR Server.

Unfortunately the Hubitat hub connection is still not working.

If you ping the Hubitat hub, will it reply to you?

If it replies and you can't connect to it, something inside (a configuration) on your hubistat is blocking traffic from none LAN devices. You need to check that.

All sorted now I had the VPN configured with a non private IP address range, changed to a private one and all works now.
