Block based on usage

Don't know if there's already a request for this but I'd like to be able to block internet access based on usage.  For instance, if I have a guest that uses 30gig a month, but I want to limit that person to 10, 20, or 30, and no more, a setting to auto disable their access would be nice.

  It's for home, I have a guest that needs to find a job vs playing xbox all day...so I want to set a limit, of 30 gig a month..  I could simply monitor, and when it gets close, shut him off, but that's adding more work on my end.

  I would like this but for another reason. My son did some fortnite update consuming 250GB in one day. I re-enable monitoring alerts but setting a device threshold would be slick!
