Slow Upload Speed from Firewalla Gold

I recently started seeing slow upload speed.  I have Spectrum Cable Internet with 10 Mbps Upload which is typically 11-13 Mbps.   Recently I don't get better than 2 Mbps from Firewalla App.   I attached my MacBook M1 Pro to the Spectrum modem and upload was OK.   So Firewalla is uploading slowly for some reason.   I did call Spectrum and all they could tell me is "I see your phone but not the router."   I rebooted both Modem and Firewalla Gold, changed ethernet cable but problem persists.   Next steps to resolve this?

  Check your smart queue settings, make sure they are set correctly, this is the most common mistake. (using old cables is another)

  I just figured out it was BackBlaze which I recently started using again for QNAP and Mac Mini.   It uses 8 threads so that is filling the upload pipe.   I think I will see if I can use Firewalla to limit its upload to 5 Mbps and give full from midnight to 7 am.
