Allow for the assigning of WAN address when using IA_NA off for IPv6
As my ISP doesn't respond to PD if an IP address is requested we must use the IA_NA option set to disable. This leaves the WAN interface with only an Link Local IPv6 address. I would like the option to have the WAN interface to have a assigned address by using the last address of the PD size.
Example: PD of 60. would be prefix"F"::1/64 or a PD of 56 would result in the prefix"FF"::1/64
By assigning the interface, would allow DDNS to register both interface address in Dual Stack mode (your default setting). Link local "FE80". doesn't register.
Leaving only the IPv4 address to access.
