Problem using Docker (Network errors)

need your help. I've been trying to create a proxy server inside a Docker container for a week. It always gives an error when I need the apt or apt-get commands. I discovered that Docker does not access the internet through the container, only to download images. I have already factory reset and followed several tutorials on the internet and I have not been successful. I thought the system would be preconfigured. Furthermore, whenever the apt upgrade command is run, I come across this warning: "failed to write (No space left on device)" or this: "dpkg-deb: error: paste subprocess was killed by signal (Broken pipe) ". I'm disappointed. Help me please.

  Likely you are out of space. you should try pruning your docker containers and images to get back the needed space.
