Firewall Purple dropping packets
Hi,
My Firewall Purple is dropping packets. Had issue with my internet since couple of days. Tried a reboot and factory reset. The problem remains. I had to remove the firewalla from my network to get usable internet. Also I get frequent isp disconnect when the firewalla is plugged in. Packet lost is between 20-30%. Thanks

If the upload speed is also slow, and you purchased the unit in early 2022, please send help@firewalla.com an email, likely your box have a hardware problem, we can get you a replacement.
