Do you have mDNS turned on for each networks segment?

Go to Settings > Advanced > Configurations > mDNS Reflector

Multicast DNS (mDNS) is a protocol that simplifies local network service discovery by eliminating the need for a central DNS server. Devices can resolve hostnames to IP addresses using the ".local" domain, and this protocol operates through multicast IP.

mDNS works fine on a single network without any intervention. But, if you introduce network segmentation (VLANs or multiple LANs) it is not possible for devices to find each other (your iPhone can't find your Roku to AirPlay). mDNS Reflector allows devices to find each other across local networks by broadcasting queries and receiving responses from matching devices.

It’s enabled by default. So problem remains. Will contact Support. 🙏

In the next release 1.60, you will have "SSDP Relay" which will likely solve the multicast issue.
