Allowed time to work across all devices?

On my Synology router parental control I can create a group for my children and their devices and can say allow them 1hr a day and that would then allow them to only have 1hr across all thier devices, is this feature available on firewalla as I could not see it. Emergency time I believe works the same as Synology when you give extra time in 15-1hr intervals across thier devices.

  Do you want say network access for 1 hour a day? or specfic applications 1 hour a day?

  At the moment I have it setup for 1 hour day for the devices in the individual kids profiles. Per Application limits would be even better.
