Blocking Specific URLs (not domains)

I'm looking for a way to specifically block access certain URLs, not the entire domain. For example, I might want to allow access to twitter.com, however I would want to block the ability to access https://twitter.com/settings/, https://twitter.com/settings/*. This would allow someone to access Twitter, but not change the user settings for things like "Display media that may contain sensitive content".

I realize that URLs could change in the future, but this would be a great way to have slightly more fine-tuned blocking.

This is not possible without Man In the Middle SSL. (decrypt HTTPS traffic). The full URL is hidden within that encrypted layer.

bummer. i have a similar scenario where i need to block certain urls that host online games but i can't block them unless i block the entire subdomain.
