Automatically assign a new device into a Group?
Is there any practical way to automatically place devices into a group based on specific criteria?
I have several VLANs configured on Firewalla and on UniFi APs. One of them serves as a Guest Network. I've already muted New Device notifications for the Network (VLAN) in Firewalla, and removed the Network (VLAN) from the list of new devices automatically placed into Quarantine. The UniFi APs are providing client isolation, and I have Rules set on the Network (VLAN) to further restrict these guests.
All this to say, from a "is it working?" standpoint, the answer is: yes.
But, I would still rather have all these devices connecting on the UniFi AP network and thus into the guest Network (VLAN), automatically all placed together into a single Group inside the Firewalla UI, mostly just for my own organization.
I have not found any method to do this from within Firewalla app or web UI. I don't particularly wish to go hacking the core but if there were a neat and tidy way to do this nightly I don't mind putting in the effort. But don't want to if someone already has, or this type of functionality (automatic placement into groups based on certain criteria) is already on Firewalla dev's radar.

The only auto-grouping is this one https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058853313-Firewalla-New-Device-Quarantine
May be quarantine per VLAN?
