Custom target list blocking more than listed

So I’m using a custom target list to block Reddit and I’m seeing other sites being blocked as a result.  I click on the blocked entry in flows and diagnose says it’s due to the Reddit target list. I realize it’s a beta feature so let me know what info I can provide.

  I switched the block rule to domain only and that seems to have resolved the issue.
