NO SmartQueue in 1.54 app/1.976

Hi, I have 1.54.76 and 1.976 installed for FWG. I see no SmartQueue in the app. Please see pics. Any help much appreciated.

  It's not. The video shows it being top right.

  Firewalla should be in Router Mode
