Any way to manage updates ? manual updates / manual check for updates

Can I see firewalla box dns queries calling home ? Can I block them ?

  I think, it doesn't make sense to block traffic from firewalla when "calling home". Because it's a cloud based firewall. Every setting will be done in Cloud and communicated to firewalla box. There's no way to use the app or web interface in direct way to firewalla box. I didn't find any way.

  When you trust firewalla, then you don't trust their cloud?

  And i think, there's no way to do updates yourself, will be automatically through cloud.

  If you block firewalla from using the cloud, then you will NOT get software updates and also security signature updates (and a lot more) ... The signature part is fairly important to run a modern IDS/IPS/Firewall

  Thank you for explaining that is a cloud based. Last question please are users able to see/monitor inbound and outbound logs for the device calling home back and forth ? Does it show up the the flow or you have a specific menu for the device own connection ?
