Local network PTR records and unencrypted DNS queries being sent to External DOH DNS

I am using NextDNS in conjunction with my firewalla with the following configuration: 

Linked IP setup on the WAN interface

DOH service active for all devices pointing to the web service

For some reason I am seeing all my PTR APRAs being sent to the upstream server including a lot of queries being sent non encrypted.

Are there logs where I can see which clients are sending these requests ?

  Does no one know how to solve this? Am I missing something or am I doing something wrong?
