Firewall Purple DDNS pointing to wrong public IP
I have a firewalla purple which is set up to use DDNS, but it is pointing to the wrong public IP address (it had one IP address yesterday when I set it up but while setting it up it seems my ISP gave me a new address). How do I force the DDNS to push out the new IP?

Can you try "Box Settings -> Features -> DDNS -> tap top-right "Refresh"?
You may also send your ddns & expected IP to help@firewalla.com, we can look up the DNS record, and see if it's changed in DNS server.
Note: box will update DNS & public IP mapping in the DNS record in DNS server every 4 hours, and client side it may also cache DNS at local, usually will expire according to DNS TTL, which is configured as 1 hour. We can look up to check if it's DNS update issue or client cache issue.
