Firewall Purple DDNS pointing to wrong public IP

    DNS system may take up to 4 hours to update, so you need to wait a bit

    It's been over 24 hours at this point and no dice... Any way to force it to refresh?

    Can you try "Box Settings -> Features -> DDNS -> tap top-right "Refresh"?

    You may also send your ddns & expected IP to help@firewalla.com, we can look up the DNS record, and see if it's changed in DNS server.

    Note: box will update DNS & public IP mapping in the DNS record in DNS server every 4 hours, and client side it may also cache DNS at local, usually will expire according to DNS TTL, which is configured as 1 hour. We can look up to check if it's DNS update issue or client cache issue.
