DNS issues using DoH

Several times a day I have a network outage on multiple devices due to DNS not being contactable. I am using DoH for all devices with Blue+ in Simple mode connected to a TalkTalk router. Time of outage is quite similar each day and haven't been able to troubleshoot or identify which part of the flow is being impacted.

  Did this just happen recently? 

  One possible problem may be the TalkTalk router not compatible (or not fully compatible) with simple mode. To check that, take the device having issues with DoH out from firewalla. (tap on devices, find that device, and then turn monitoring off)
