How to install NordVPN wireguard (NordLynx)?

Is there a way to get the NordVPN wireguard profile without having to install a VM and make scripting?  I read a post from about 6 months ago where a guy did it but was way to complicated (sorry).

I'd like a very easy way to do this if possible.  I can just keep it on my PC and not have it loaded on my firewall, but I'd rather do it there. And openVPN is not possible, so the Nordlynx wireguard is the only option.
