Internet Speed Utilization

Full disclosure, my internet is amazing. I’m not complaining! I have gigabit service and it’s great. But. I’m wondering, do I need gigabit? I’m other words, can Firewalla give me a report of how much of that gigabit connection I’ve actually used? I know it runs daily speed tests and tells me I’m fast. Great. But on average, are my kids going to places that maximum that capacity? Yes - their PC’s are hardwired and running through all gigabit infrastructure and can achieve speed tests upwards of 800 Mpbs. Thanks!
