Thanks for being a user of the Firewalla MSP Portal! We are excited to announce that we have recently updated our MSP website to bring a new user experience and a two-tiered MSP plan for Firewalla customers.

In the coming week, we will start migrating your existing MSP instances to the final production version. By 5/1/2023, all early access MSP instances will be shut down.

If you want to migrate to the official version, we can continue your trial for additional 12 months! (This special deal is only valid for existing users and early supporters)

 

Advantages of Early Bird Sign-ups: 

1. A twelve-month trial for either the Professional Plan or Business Plan.
2. Manage up to 3 Firewalla boxes with the professional plan for $9.99
3. Or manage up to 100 Firewalla boxes with the business plan and access all MSP features for $29.99
4. During the trial, you will be able to add as many boxes to the business plan for free - (you will be charged per box after the trial ends)
5. If you have a vanity domain (not random) and pick the professional plan, we will make sure you keep that domain.

  We just unlocked https://firewalla.net for early birds, the number of free month reduced to 10 month, we will reduce free trial months as we reach our prepaid capacity in the cloude ...

  I am a bit disappointed that there is no "Personal" plan for about $3/m, limited to for example 1 box and 7 days of flow retention. Although I like MSP a lot, I just use it a couple of times per month, and $9.99/m is just too much for basic home users like me.

  The problem is the primary container is expensive (also other costs as well related to aws). The personal plan is already pretty affordable compared with the business plan.
