LAN/WAN Sharing Same PoE Switch
Hello Folks!
Please pardon my ignorance! I'm hoping someone may be able to shed some light on my FWG config. I've got a FWG in router mode, a fiber jack which requires PoE, and a PoE managed switch. Is it possible (or recommended) to have the WAN and LAN connections using the same PoE switch? I figured I could just give them different VLAN's, but that doesn't seem to be working out so well. Below is my latest (failed) attempt. Any chance someone may be able to tell me where I've gone wrong, and perhaps point me in the right direction? In all of the documentation I've seen, the WAN connection is totally separate and not sharing a switch.

Switch configuration:
Port 1 (VLAN4): PoE to Fiber Jack
Port 2 (VLAN4): FWG WAN
Port 3 (TRUNK): LAN-1 on FWG
Port 4 (VLAN1): Additional LAN PC's
Port 5 (TRUNK): Wireless AP (tagged VLAN 1/2/3 traffic)
Ports 6-8 (VLAN2): Various wired IoT devices
