Can I use pihole for adblocking and cloudflare's DNS of 1.1.1.3?

Can I use pihole for adblocking with FWG and use cloudflare's DNS 1.1.1.3?

I know pihole is basically a DNS server, but I want to use it for the adblocking but use cloudflare for the rest. Can I use both or do I have to use one or the other in FWG?

  You still have to configure an up stream DNS in Pi-hole.  Cloudflare is one of the options in the DNS settings tab
