    We've just had the same thing happen as of 2 days ago too. I've played with every setting without luck, only turning it off altogether works. I've sent a message to Firewalla - I'll let you know what they say.

    Which firewalla device are you all using? and if it is the red/blue/blue+, what is the router you are using?

    also please remember, routers update the firmware as well, so it is highly possible a recent update to the firmware causes issues.  For example the recent eero released 6.3.1, and it caused this https://www.reddit.com/r/firewalla/comments/nkulhz/eero_pro_firewalla_blue_plus/

    HI  I sent an answer but it didn't turn up here for some reason.  I have the blue+ and linksys wrt3200acm.  It has worked fine for months then a few days ago the internet cut out.

    Are you running simple mode? or dhcp mode? when you say internet is out, is it all internet or just a few devices?

    We're Blue+ too, router TP Link VR2800, on simple mode, all devices but occasionally one may work for 1 minute before dropping out again. The router was last updated on April whereas this only happened a few days ago.

    Update - they have fixed it while reducing my ticket. They said:

    It looks like there was a malformed rule configured from web interface, which crashed one internal service. I just disabled the rule.

    It's worth submitting a ticket through the app using mobile data if you can.
