Firewalla is blocking my company network - DNS filtering

Dear, 

I have a Firewalla Gold, and quite satisfied with it. But after an update this night my company network is being blocked by DNS Filtering. (not in the BETA program)

Any idea how to solve it ?

  After some more investigation, ive found out 2 things: 

   

  First it is normal apparently that it blocks my company domains:

  https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500007220942

  Second when I enable " Emergency Access" it works again. 

  Has something to do with the DNS resolver 

  Any ideas anyone ?

  I am having the same issue after last nights update.  Its blocking time-apple.com and other apple sites on Apple devices. Its blocking searching of the itunes appstore.  How do I fix this... Where are the IP filtering rules?   I also noticed that if i turn off safe search it starts working again.   I am seeing the same with DNS queries being blocked. How do I get this to the support team?

  Its happening to me too. I have two firewalla gold and after the update the DNS filtering is being blocked, also the time.windws.com and time.apple.com
