Lost Shipment
Hi. What is the next step when the courier, DHL, has apparently lost my package containing a Firewalla Gold? DHL are looking into things, but have told me I may not get an update until next week. Did I mention that I hate DHL and always have, with cause? Anyway, just planning for the likely outcome that my package has vanished.

The best way is to contact help@firewalla.com and have our ops help you out. If you are getting a bad experience from DHL, please let us know as well, we are experimenting with Fedex and other alternatives as well.
