adding devices to existing rules
It would be nice to be able to modify/add/delete devices when editing Rules, instead of having to add to a Group or creating a duplicate rule for an additional device.
Am I doing this wrong?

Sometimes the groups won't always overlap or include the same devices for the rules I want applied.
I can't capture the screenshot with the dropdown extended, but... where I select On, I have already chosen Joseph Device, but can only choose one device or group.
Instead of creating a new/same rule for another device or group, I'd like to Click on multiple items within that dropbox. Just like adding Devices to a Group, I want to add multiple Devices and/or Groups to a Rule. Here's an extreme, made-up example: the kids shouldn't see alcohol websites, gaming websites, and gun show websites, so all their devices are in the Kids' group and rules are created to block those website domains for the Kids' group. But my adult brother-in-law who lives with us shouldn't see alcohol websites (recovering alcoholic), but he could watch all the gaming websites and gun show websites he'd like to see. I just want to add his devices to the alcohol website rule, and not add him to the Kids group for all those rules. I don't want to duplicate the rule for different devices/groups. Sorry for the long example, but I hope this clarifies the request.

We understand the inconvenience. Currently, a rule can only apply to one device/group/network, one rule for multiple devices is not supported. Already noted down the request, and see if we can improve it or at least make it easier to duplicate or manage rules with the same matching target.
Thanks for the feedback.
