Echo Problems
I am having trouble with the Blue Plus 1.980 and two different Amazon Echo devices (Gen 2 and Gen 4). Both of them started losing their network connection frequently when I installed the Firewalla. They work reliably when it is taken offline.
My network is a TP Link AX20. I've lowered all of its settings to the most basic (WPA/WPA2, no QoS type stuff) and it is still the Firewalla that seems to be the consistent issue.
Anyone else having these issues?

I don't have any rules under the rules button. I have re-validated the issue by reactivating the Firewalla device to check for rules. It took a few hours for the Firewalla to start picking up activity again.
When I reactivated it, the Alexas stopped working within a few hours.
I look forward to your advice, since I cannot use the Firewalla until we resolve this issue.

Usually, when this happens, we always suggest doing the following
1. tap on devices, tap on echo devices, turn on emergency access.
2. wait a bit for DNS entries to flush or reboot the echo device
3. If this fixes the problem, the issue likely related to rule. And this include, but not limited to family mode, ad blocker, DNS over HTTPS, regional blocks, or any other rule under the rules button
