Feature Request: Folders in Rules

I would love to be able to add blocks into a folder (group) within the "All Devices" part. I run a website and have a bunch of IP addresses that I will block. It would be nice to keep those in a folder so it is easier to see what rules I'm blocking for all devices without having a bunch of IP address thrown in there.

  Is this on the web page or the app?  the app was never optimized to work with very large lists.

  I’m talking about the app, but even the web could do. I’m looking for something like the “active protect” listed under all devices. Anything that is blocked with active protect is listed under that subsection. Anyways to create another section like that to place blocked ip’s that I have blocked explicitly?

  I was going to request the same for the All devices rules
  
  The rules start piling up, it would be easier to manage them if they could be sorted into folders like how they appear under devices groups
  
  For example, I could have a folder that includes all the countries blocked, one that includes target lists, one that has the allowed rules etc.
