Open port / port scan question

I have a Blue+.  I have 2 non-standard ports open to the internet.  The "Open Ports" function only ever finds the Firewalla VPN port and doesn't flag these ports that I have open.  

 

I saw some reference to a shallow scan vs deep scan in this 3 year old post:

Is there a way to trigger a deep scan?

  The scans are automatic, so there is no way to control them yet.  (most of the scans now are basic scans, as we really don't want to piss off our providers, and they have their rules.).   We probably need to find a lesser restricting provider on this.
