Setup with Verizon FIOS and Orbi

Hi,

I have Verizon FIOS with the 3100 and Orbi set up right now in my house.  I managed to get it working this way:

ONT -> ORbi Router having the Quantam Gateway as a client on the network so the TVs on MOCA work ok.  

I want (or think I want) to set up my new system:

ONT-> Firewalla Gold -> ORBI (AP Mode)

I think this let's get get the most of the Firewalla and also will work the way I want.  Right now, I have some devices on the Orbi's Guest network.  Will this still work?  Can I still set up multiple VLANs and assign the devices I want to on each?

  You can always run multiple VLAN's, the problem is how are you going to make the Orbi VLAN aware. Also depends on how the Orbi guest work in the AP mode, if it works like the eero, capture traffic and NAT it as if the guest is coming from the main orbi unit, then you can pretty much control guest device by putting rules on the orbi main unit.

  Good question.  I am assuming by your answer you don't know off hand.  I have a Bridge/VLAN option to set up, but I think that is for something different.  I am probably a little out of my element here, but hoping I can set this up.
