Firewalla Blue VPN Server through DD-WRT Router

Has anyone successfully opened ports on a DD-WRT implementation and gotten the VPN Server to start on a Firewalla Blue?    I followed the instructions on the IOS App after the Blue Scans (as part of setting up the VPN Server) but it continually says I need to open the ports manually.

I want to use my Blue, paired with my Gold, to connect the network running on the Blue in a remote building, to my main installation running on the Gold.
