VyprVPN with VPN Client

I've read the support articles and I am still struggling to setup VyprVPN with my Firewalla Gold. Can someone help walk me through this?

  Hi JD. Follow more or less the instructions here and import the profile into Firewalla VPN Client. https://support.vyprvpn.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037721792

  Thanks! Turns out the username is case sensitive even though it's an email.

  I've been having a similar struggle. Been trying to the OVPN files from here:

  Specifically the USA - Chicago ones, both 160 and 256. Haven't been able to get a successful connection. Confirmed that my email address in VyprVPN/Giganews is all lower case. Have also tried using the VyprVPN/Giganews customer ID, which is what the Windows client uses to connect, but no dice.
