WAN failover bouncing

I have two ISP's  - my primary (COX) is fast (1Gb) but somewhat unreliable, with my failover CentryLink DSL being slower (100Mb) but reliable.

 

When COX goes down intermittently (several times a week), it will stay back online for maybe 3-5 minutes and then go down again in a few minutes.. this causes me to get stuck in a fail-over loop between COX and CentryLink.

 

Is there a way to have Firewalla GOLD to switch to CentryLink for 15 minutes and ONLY revert back to my primary COX once COX has been error free for at least 15 minutes?

  Do you mean to have a way to dampen the fail back?
