Ring Cameras and Abnormal Upload Alerts

Anybody with Ring cameras and have any luck in muting the abnormal upload alarm for the legit ring uploads?  I followed the instructions for the link below but I keep coming up with more and more mute entries such as 35.155.0.0/16.

Hope someone as a shortcut or easier way to do this besides turning off the alarm.
