I am interested in using this device on our corporate aircraft where we have a very expensive and metered satellite network connection. 

The idea is to demonstrate what devices are using what amount of data in real time. So for example the Roku is running and using XMbps and an iPad is making a Facetime call and it is using XMbps. Can this device do this?
