Firewalla Gold - OpenVPN - Internet access via VPN. but no LAN???

Hi,

OpenVPN connecting and allowing internet access via the VPN, but no access to LAN?

I've added a rule with OpenVPN that gives bi directional access to the LAN, but no connectivity.

What am I missing???

Hi Rubert, I'm afraid I'm not following. Are you referring to VPN Client or Server and what are you trying to do exactly?

HI Michael,

I'm setting up OpenVPN server and have got connecting sorted out, the issue is once connected from for instance my phone I can connect to the internet through the VPN, but seem unable to communicate with any systems on the LAN the Gold is connected to. Seems odd..

The server is running on the Gold.

@Rupert,

By default there aren't any rules in place to block that. Check to see if you have any rules like Block all local networks. That would include VPN.
