If browsers are configured with DoH will this bypass FWG ids/ips / content filtering / ad blocker

Now that all browser come configured with DoH enabled by default, will this not reduce the effectiveness of content filtering, IPS, ad blocking etc in the FWG?  I know DoH can be disabled on the browsers but is there way around this through a configuration on the firewalla Gold?

  You can also block DoH on the firewalla by "block" target list "DoH". 

  Firewalla also does not always use DNS, some blocks can be done by decoding https ...  and some are direct IP addresses.

  Hello, I am using the DOH block list feature but I am still able to use cloudflare dns to just get around any kind of blocking.
  Do I need to do something else to block / redirect all other DNS?
