Devices moving from a group to unassigned on their own

I have devices that are in quarantine or in anothe group moving to unassigned on their own. This is causing the rules for those devices to not be applied. What is causing this and is there a way to stop it from happening?

  See if this apply to you or not

  [Device with Link Aggregation] In box version 1.975, devices in the VLAN networks using LAG (Link aggregation) may appear to be in the wrong network. 

  How to fix: This is only a display issue. It will not affect the device's IP address, rules, or other settings. This issue will be fixed in the next Box release.

  I dont think it does, I am using a Blue Plus and when the devices move it looks like the rules are not being applied.

  are these devices using private MAC? can you tap into them, you should see a warning ontop

  I will check next time it happens. Usually when the MAC changes like on a Iphone with private MAX it puts the device back into quarantine.
