Rules with target list disappeared

I had 2 global rules with target lists enabled. I don't remember deleting them, but when I checked today they were missing.

I even searched for the list name on the rules screen, just in case I accidently had them applied to a group - nothing.

Just wondering if something changed behind the scenes, or if anyone else noticed rules missing.

FWIW, the missing ones were Apple Private Relay and DoH Servers. Dshield target list rule stayed.

  I noticed today that my user managed target lists and their associated rules, are gone on two devices, both Firewalla Purple.  They don't appear in the App or on the Web UI.
