simple, yet strange security question

I have a device, labeled Amazon Technologies 192.168.0.111 on my firewalla purple network.

I have 43 devices,  5 routers / extenders, as I am an iOt and STEM teacher.

I blocked the device for everything,  I dont know an easy way to find it on my network.....

         and I feel odd sharing this.   There must be some neat echo tool to say its 16' from the router.  Amazon creeps me out.

  Sign into the Alexa app, and look up each device's MAC address and match them.   I have over 160 devices so have had to do this before...

  First question is... Do you own anything made by Amazon, like Firesticks or similar?
